If you’re in Oaxaca. Go here. The food is WOW. Every bite was worth savouring. It was the best pasta I’ve had outside of Italy. Get the asparagus. The bread is also crave worthy. The pasta was thin and cooked perfectly. Wonderful flavour. Perfectly seasoned. Texturally impeccable. I want to eat here every day. Wow.

If you’re in Oaxaca you must try this pasta. WOW. So fresh and delicious. Fresh aqua de dia: Passion Fruit (maracuya) I had Black Fettuccine with Shrimp but first we shared a beautiful caprese salad. The idea was to share but mine was so good I had a difficult time with that. He ate a warm meaty bolognese. We ended with a scrumptious tiramisu.

Wow! Wow!! WOW! I never imagined that I would eat the best Italian food that over ever eaten while I was in Oaxaca. But that’s what I’ve done. And not just superb food but outstanding service worthy of a Michelin star restaurant. The food here is amazing. Everyone must come here to experience the best Italian food outside of Italy.

Delicious pasta in a cute restaurant. Everything was super tasty and fresh. I loved the Tagliatelle a la Bolonesa. The limonada con poleo was very refreshing. They also have a mix-n-match pasta menu where you pick your pasta and the sauce and can add a protein. Our server was friendly and gave us great service even though she was very busy. Highly recommended!

I think this was the place that made me decide that I love the Italian food in Oaxaca. This place was seriously so amazing!! Even though we had a big group, it worked out alright, we just had to break up into several small groups. The lady that was the waitress was super kind and sweet, I really liked her vibe. We ordered fettuccini negro con camorones, ravioles (a la sorrentina?), pappardelle con ragu de conejo, and tagliatelle a la bolognesa(?). Drinks we got were fresca pasion and naranjada. Seriously, everything we ordered was so good. I swear you can't go wrong with Italian. Little bonus: the bathroom was so cool. All colored blue with a shower reserved for plants. So cute.

I loved my dinner experience here! The feel of the small dining area was welcoming and quaint. My waiter was wonderful. He let me practice my Spanish with him. I had ravioli smothered in cheese sauce and it was delicious. I recommend dining here.

Creamy, rich, and just the right amount of sweetness to end the meal. Not only was the food outstanding, but the plating was stunning—each dish was presented like a work of art. The fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation were evident in every bite. The staff were warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. Dasani is an absolute must-try when in Oaxaca. It’s the kind of place that leaves you dreaming about your next visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing spot that we almost missed. Quaint little family owned restaurant. I could tell it was going to be could just by the incredible smell walking through the door. The food was terrific! My wife is vegetarian and there was no shortage of choices. I believe that they will make pasta to order if you’d like. You must get the pistachio artichoke dish. The Mocktails were fabulous. You can add a shot for 70 pesos. Don’t get me wrong, I love the more traditional Oaxacan food but after two weeks, it was nice to have a change.
